1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Return Request Time

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement

  • Customers must provide photos or videos showing the issue.
  • This helps us verify and process your request quickly.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened or used food products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
