At Food & Faith, we take great care in delivering high-quality packaged food products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Return Request Time
- You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Proof Requirement
- Customers must provide photos or videos showing the issue.
- This helps us verify and process your request quickly.
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Opened or used food products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or wrong product, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
